About the role Our partner is shaking up the home loan industry, and they're looking for a stellar Business Development Manager to join their team. Based in South Australia, you'll be the go-to person for brokers across SA and NT, helping to build and maintain relationships that will take our partner's broker channel to new heights. In this role, you'll: Be responsible for sales performance and results for company and partner branded products Provide assistance for brokers; manage scenarios and applications to improve broker and customer experiences Run engaging onboarding sessions to share our partner's story, goals and products Engage in both digital and face-to-face communications with brokers; and be present at industry events Contribute to internal discussions and decision-making for new opportunities and growth Collaborate with various teams to produce effective policies and platform enhancements The ideal candidate: Self-motivated, with strong critical thinking and decision-making skills Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Great focus for sales and conversion; keen on continuous development Able to represent and uphold the company’s values and culture
