As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth across key market segments. You’ll represent the Pier One brand with authenticity and flair, delivering unforgettable experiences that reflect our unique harbourside identity.Core Responsibilities

BRAND & EXPERIENCE ALIGNMENT

  • Ensure all sales activities reflect the Pier One brand and Marriott standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, events, and operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts that align with client needs and brand values.
    Candidate Profile

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years’ experience in sales or related professional areaOR
  • 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in sales or related professional area

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within hospitality or lifestyle sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Passion for hospitality, creativity, and delivering mind blowing guest experiences
