Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Singapore and wider Southeast Asia. This role is about developing and executing a regional sales strategy, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our footprint in APAC markets.
You’ll be based at our Singapore office, with a hybrid working model (Tue–Thu in-office, Mon & Fri remote). The role also includes regional and international travel to meet customers and industry partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own sales performance across Singapore and designated regional markets.
  • Acquire, develop, and retain a portfolio of maritime/offshore customers.
  • Build and manage existing relationships with shipowners, operators, yards, and partners.
  • Plan and execute business trips to drive revenue and customer engagement.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and contribute to business planning.
  • Consistently achieve KPIs and revenue/profit targets.
