Company: Nabeh subsidiary of Master-Works Job Overview Nabeh is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead growth initiatives for our AI-driven solutions. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding market adoption of AI services across enterprise and government sectors. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of AI and advanced technologies. Key Responsibilities Drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities for AI solutions. Develop and execute go-to-market and business development strategies aligned with company objectives. Engage with C-level executives and senior decision-makers to present Nabeh’s AI value proposition. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure. Collaborate with product, AI engineering, and delivery teams to tailor solutions to client needs. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging AI use cases to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and solution demos. Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and activity tracking using CRM tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within AI, IT, or technology sectors. Strong understanding of AI solutions, data analytics, automation, and digital transformation. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value. Proficiency in CRM platforms and business development tools. Preferred Skills Experience in AI, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environments. Experience working with government or large enterprise clients. Knowledge of the Saudi / GCC market and Vision 2030 initiatives. Strong network within the technology or AI ecosystem.
