Job Title Business Development Manager (Medical Devices) Job Description In this role you will be responsible for OIT and sales realization in Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Kirgizstan, including also direct sales and building longer-term competitive advantage of Philips medical devices business by effective promoting Philips solutions towards key decision makers. Your role: Collaborates and manages indirect channel partners to facilitate project realization on the assigned territory, acting as sales project leader in the US projects, including account receivables management. Generates leads / hunts for opportunities and executes project pipeline on top of business provided by indirect channel partners. Works with customers (end-users) in close collaboration with KAMs to grow their preference towards Philips solutions and improve satisfaction. Focuses on assigned A and B customers and other customers (including private segment) with potentially high purchasing plans in the pipeline. Provides structural support to KAMs, distributors and consultative support (incl. product specifications, demo trials) regarding technical / functional advantage of Philips HC products and realization of multi-modality projects. Realizes marketing activities on the territory, focused on increasing KOLs preference towards Philips products. Plans sales -related activities and sales forecast on the assigned territory. Collects information about market dynamics, competitive activities / products and prices, providing input for regular reviews of Philips market tactics. You're the right fit if you have: Higher education; 3+ years of sales experience as KAM or BDM in healthcare or IT domain; Experience in tender deals as a strong plus; Ambitious personality and strong negotiator.
