ESSENTIAL SKILL SET

  • Demonstrated experience in selling digital solutions or software, as our platform is software-driven.
  • A strong background in SaaS, digital tools, or data solutions.
  • Proven experience in high-ticket B2B sales ($100K+ deals), ideally in pharma, MedTech, hospitals, and/or value-based healthcare.
  • A strong understanding of how healthcare and pharma companies buy technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Health Sciences, or a related field.

DESIRED SKILLS SET

Evidence of a strategic thinker and business builder, who shapes sales strategy, business growth, and market expansion.

  • An existing network in healthcare, ophthalmology, pharma, or MedTech is a major advantage.
  • A Master’s degree such as an MBA or a Master’s in Health Administration.
  • Highly organized with excellent time and pipeline management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.


    • Proficient in using key sales and reporting tools such as CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), lead generation tools, and sales analytics dashboards.

    Responsibilities

    YOUR ROLE: MORE THAN JUST SALES—A STRATEGIC GROWTH PARTNER

    We are looking for a business builder, i.e., someone who not only sells, but develops market strategies, optimizes the sales process, and actively contributes to PROMinsight’s business expansion. This role requires expertise in complex B2B sales cycles for SaaS products, particularly in pharmaceutical, healthcare, and MedTech sectors.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Develop and execute a five-year Go-to-Market strategy that aligns with PROMinsight’s expansion into pharma, clinical care, and value-based healthcare.
    • Close high-value deals and build relationships with decision-makers across the relevant sectors.
    • Shape the business development function—refine sales processes and reporting, identify new growth areas, and scale our market presence.
    • Navigate complex sales cycles—healthcare and pharma procurement involve multiple stakeholders, and we need someone who can strategically manage long sales cycles with diverse stakeholders.
    • Leverage your industry and healthcare connections to source new clients and unearth new markets and funding sources for PROMinsight.
    • Travel as required—while most sales can be managed remotely, we will support in-person meetings when they offer a clear advantage in closing deals, including attending key industry conferences and related networking opportunities.
