REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • 7+years of proven working experience as a business development manager, sales or a relevant role.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Provide regular performance reports.
  • Proven business development/project development track record.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in English & Hindi
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Bachelor’s in Business administration or relevant field
Responsibilities
