We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence, drive new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar B2B sales role, preferably in 3D signage, LED displays, events, or advertising sectors.
  • Strong network of contacts in UAE corporate, retail, or events industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in LED screens, 3D signage, branding, and AV rental markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retail chains, event agencies, and government entities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM systems.
