Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition and grow the On-Premise customer base across your territory.
  • Build strategic partnerships and be the business advisor of choice for independent operators.
  • Manage a regular call cycle and territory plan to deliver on KPIs and sales goals.
  • Champion ALM promotional activity and supplier initiatives within your customer network.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly reporting to drive market intelligence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and deliver great customer outcomes.

You’re Likely a Match If

  • Have experience in territory management, sales, or hospitality venue operations.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the On-Premise channel and the liquor industry.
  • Are highly customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring an entrepreneurial mindset to problem-solving.
  • Can juggle competing priorities and execute territory plans efficiently.
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office and picking up new systems quickly.
