Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

We have an opportunity as a Business Development Manager to help our independent store owners in optimising their sales.
In this role, you’ll working with customers in the northern part of South Australia, Mildura, and Darwin, build strong relationships with store owners and help them grow their revenue through targeted marketing initiatives, improved store standards, and the right product mix.
As a trusted partner to your store network, you’ll conduct in-depth assessment and implement tailored action plans for each store. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams such as Merchandise, Marketing, Store Development and Distribution, to drive operational excellence across the store network.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Grow store retail and trade sales across your store network
  • Promote the successful store roadmap: price, standards, convenience, range, customer service, trade and local.
  • Benchmark store performance on an ongoing basis
  • Support store development activity through store assessments and action plans
  • Promote innovation, ranging and sales opportunities into stores
  • Build new business
