About the Role The Business Development Manager – Microsoft is responsible for recruiting, enabling, and scaling channel partners aligned to Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security priorities. This partner‑led role focuses on building repeatable go‑to‑market motions, driving pipeline growth, and delivering measurable customer and partner outcomes across the Microsoft ecosystem. Role Requirements 3–6 years’ B2B or channel sales experience within the Microsoft ecosystem Proven experience driving partner‑led pipeline and indirect sales motions Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud, AI, and Security solution areas Experience with CSP, marketplace, and Microsoft co‑sell engagement models Strong commercial acumen with disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene Confident executive communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Target‑driven, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple solution portfolios Role Responsibilities Recruit, activate, and scale Microsoft partners across AI, Cloud, and Security Build and execute partner growth plans aligned to Microsoft FY26 priorities Drive AI productivity outcomes, including Copilot adoption and business automation Accelerate Azure migration, modernisation, and AI platform consumption Grow security outcomes across identity, endpoint, cloud, and SecOps Increase long‑tail attach and cross‑sell across the Microsoft portfolio Own pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, and deal governance Collaborate closely with Microsoft on structured co‑sell execution What’s on Offer: Your growth is our priority.
