Description

Sales Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation strategies.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients, showcasing how our software solutions meet their needs and solve business challenges.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at various organizations. Understand client needs, tailor proposals, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process and close deals, ensuring contract terms and pricing align with company guidelines.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. Use insights to adjust sales approaches and strategies.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve issues effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Mass Communication
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
