About the Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales process and building lasting client relationships. You will take ownership of client interactions from the first meeting to closing deals. Your ability to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and deliver results will be at the core of our growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Convert leads into active users and strategic partners; Conduct meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs and position our services as the best solution. Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and secure agreements with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business. Your ability to creatively identify new opportunities, build relationships, and close deals independently will be a key factor in your success and growth in this role. Taking initiative to expand our client base beyond the provided leads is highly valued and rewarded. Fluent English proficiency; Sales experience in IT, HR, outsourcing, or related digital fields; Proven experience conducting chats and first contacting in English across various levels of complexity (required); Excellent listening, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, partnerships or business.
