Attachment Description
This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients (such as SMEs, corporations, or individuals), and providing strategic consulting on financing and loan structuring.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of loan consulting services.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, and other financial institutions. 3.Assess client financials and advise on the most suitable loan products (working capital, project finance, home/business loans, etc.).
4. Help clients prepare documentation and navigate lender requirements.
5. Structure loan deals to align with client goals and lender policies. 6. Analyze market trends in financing, credit policies, and lending institutions.
7. Develop strategic plans for business growth in the financial consulting space. 8. Forge partnerships with financial institutions and brokers to expand service offerings. 9.Drive revenue through consulting fees or commission-based models.
