You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new mobile sales opportunities across a defined market, sector, or region helping our customers Do More through innovative mobile solutions.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A good standard of education; degree-level qualification desirable.

EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in mobile sales within a B2B environment.
  • Proven success in consistently achieving new business and mobile connection targets.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile industry and sales cycle.
  • Confident in engaging with senior decision-makers and presenting at director level.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Results-focused with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
  • Strong judgement and relationship-building skills.
  • Consultative approach with a clear understanding of client needs.
  • Excellent self-management and prioritisation skills.
  • Commercially astute with solid financial acumen.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A MOBILE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

  • Deliver monthly and quarterly new business gross profit and mobile connection targets.
  • Devise and execute a strategy for targeting your agreed market, sector, or region.
  • Generate high volumes of new appointments through proactive outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline with a 3:1 opportunity-to-target ratio.
  • Collaborate with marketing, telemarketing, and product specialists to create compelling propositions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and present opportunity plans at director level.
  • Engage mobile sales specialists and pre-sales teams to support opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients by liaising with internal teams.
  • Maintain CRM records and complete ad hoc reports as required.
  • Understand the principle drivers in CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
