QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical staffing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
