Responsibilities:

  • Experience in the broker and finance industry with experience in business development, ideally with a focus on broker acquisition
  • Strong experience in consumer lending either from a broker or lending business perspective
  • Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks.
  • Experience in using tools such as DocuSign for contract agreements.
  • Have a positive, inclusive and collaborative approach to work.
  • Ability to go above and beyond to help MONEYME clients and customers.
  • Have the confidence to challenge and strive for continual improvement and growth.
  • Be a relationship builder with the ability to initiate and drive conversations.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent networker and impeccable on personal presentation to represent MONEYME at events.
