Responsibilities:
- Experience in the broker and finance industry with experience in business development, ideally with a focus on broker acquisition
- Strong experience in consumer lending either from a broker or lending business perspective
- Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work autonomously and complete tasks.
- Experience in using tools such as DocuSign for contract agreements.
- Have a positive, inclusive and collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to go above and beyond to help MONEYME clients and customers.
- Have the confidence to challenge and strive for continual improvement and growth.
- Be a relationship builder with the ability to initiate and drive conversations.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent networker and impeccable on personal presentation to represent MONEYME at events.
