Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and lead bid support operations across the Middle East. This role is central to our growth strategy, ensuring efficient and high-quality submissions that help us secure work with managed clients.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business and take ownership of our most strategic opportunities, guiding major pursuits from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES ARE LISTED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE BELOW:

  • Manage and lead bid efforts for high-value prospects.
  • Support business development reporting, pipeline tracking, and budget management.
  • Drive innovation by integrating AI and automation into bidding processes.
  • Oversee centralized bid support functions including proposal writing, design coordination, and client portal management.
  • Provide training and mentorship to internal teams.
  • Ensure all submissions meet internal standards and client expectations.
  • Analyze bid outcomes and implement improvements.
  • Assist in commercial proposal development and risk management
