QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–7 years of experience in real estate, business development, or multifamily property management
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close new business
  • Deep understanding of multifamily operations and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Existing relationships within the real estate and investment community a plus
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Development Manager will identify, pursue, and secure new property management contracts by networking with property owners, brokers, developers, and institutional investors. This person will play a key role in expanding our footprint in target markets and shaping the future of our company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively source new property management opportunities (Class-A, affordable, lease-ups, and value-add assets)
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, brokers, and developers
  • Respond to RFPs and prepare proposals tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy and onboarding new clients
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Maintain CRM records and track leads, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics
