REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree in Finance is highly desirable.
  • Over 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or business development, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, or corporate finance advisory.
  • Proven track record of executing complex transactions, generating significant revenue, and managing high-value deals.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Experience conducting due diligence, designing transaction structures, and negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial and technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
  • Knowledge of capital markets and regulatory environments, particularly in finance and agriculture sectors.
  • Passion for leveraging data analytics and AI to drive innovation in finance.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will play a pivotal part in expanding Mutus Tech’s data analytics services into the finance and investment sectors while driving the international growth of our precision agriculture solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, deal structuring, and client relationship management, with a proven track record in executing high-value transactions and securing external investments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand Mutus Tech’s data analytics services into the finance and investment sectors, identifying new market opportunities and building strategic partnerships.
  • Drive international growth of our precision agriculture solutions by securing partnerships with global investment agencies.
  • Lead efforts to attract external investments to fund the scaling of Mutus Tech’s AI-driven agriculture solutions, including preparing pitch materials, financial models, and valuation analyses.
  • Manage end-to-end deal processes, including origination, due diligence, negotiation, and closing, for partnerships, investments, and client contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with Mutus Tech’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for clients in finance sectors.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and regulatory environments in finance to inform business development strategies.
