About the role
Mycom Plus Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Central, Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and expanding our client base. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities that align with the company’s strategic objectives.

What you’ll be doing

  • Proactively research and identify potential new clients and market opportunities
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth avenues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s overall business development plan

What we’re looking for

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development
  • Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the Corporate Service Firm industry
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new market opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
