JOB SUMMARY:

Namat Alsama Technical & Cleaning Services L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by securing cleaning service contracts with hotels across Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in business development within the hospitality and cleaning services sector in the UAE.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development within the hotel industry in Dubai.
• Strong network and connections within the hospitality sector.
• Proven experience in securing cleaning service contracts for hotels.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

• Identify and secure cleaning contracts with hotels, resorts, and hospitality establishments in Dubai.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s client base within the hotel industry.
• Build strong relationships with hotel management, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
• Represent the company at networking events, industry meetings, and exhibitions.
