Business Development Manager (National) - Merrithew/ Align Pilates Regular travel required with national coverage, Evesham Head Office (do not need to based in Evesham for this role) £50k plus strong OTE We have a brilliant new opportunity for a BDM to join the wonderful and newly merged team at Merrithew/ Align-Pilates within the UK. This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone with a strong background in fitness industry sales with a true hunter mentality, natural flair for relationship building and true passion for the sector. Key Responsibilities of this new fitness job: Commercial: Own and achieve sales targets Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demonstrations to closing and follow-up Utilise CRM tools to track pipeline activity, forecasting, and close rates Customer & Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with fitness club operators, hospitality chains, and rehab clinics Act as a point of contact for key regional and national accounts Product expertise Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations, acting as a subject-matter expert Flexibility with national travel and to attend trade shows, represent the brand where required for the right opportunities Monitor competitor activity and market trends A bit about you: We are looking for an autonomous, high-energy candidate who lives our values of Community, Passion, Boldness, and Accountability Experienced: You have 3+ years of experience in field sales or business development within the fitness industry Connected: You possess an established network of contacts within the fitness club segment (and you know Driven: You have a proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a highly autonomous, field-based role Flexible: You are willing and able to travel extensively, including occasional international travel Skilled: You have excellent negotiation and presentation abilities and are proficient in MS Office and CRM systems Your recruiter for this role is Maddie Cummings, Recruitment Director at Love Recruitment group, and can be contacted simply by applying for the role below.
