Full-time Base + Super & Commission Structure   Option of car allowance or fully maintained vehicle  We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Stapylton. In this role, you’ll identify and secure new opportunities across the residential building market, focusing on small to medium-sized builders.  You’ll be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, while building strong, long-term relationships that drive repeat business and sustainable growth.  * Build and maintain new relationships with residential builders, architects and designers within a determined territory * Achieve and exceed residential sales targets and KPIs * Grow the residential customer base through project-based sales activity, including specification work, industry events, networking and cold calling * Manage and develop relationships with builders, negotiate supply agreements, contracts and tenders * Present and promote market-leading products to Influence specification and project outcomes * Deliver a high level of customer service across the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial engagement through to project completion * Use strong sales, negotiation and closing skills to secure and convert opportunities * Experience in the residential building market, particularly with small to medium-sized builders * Experience in sales or business development, with a consistent track record of achieving targets * Self-motivated and able to work independently, while staying aligned to team goals * Strong communicator, confident engaging with a wide range of clients and stakeholders * Proven ability to identify opportunities and successfully close deals * Builds strong, lasting relationships that support repeat business * Commercially focused, with the ability to leverage internal resources to deliver results * Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a genuine focus on customer needs * Access ongoing training and career development through our National Tiles Academy * Enjoy generous incentives, weekly pay and a paid day off on your birthday * Enjoy great savings across a wide range of retail brands though our employee benefit apps * Benefit from wellbeing support via Sonder and recognition programs that celebrate your contributions * Receive exclusive staff and family discounts to bring style into your own home
