We are hiring on behalf of Newera Capital Market and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (IB) to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in the Forex & CFD industry and a proven ability to build and manage Introducing Broker (IB) partnerships, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Position Business Development Manager (IB)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Identify and onboard new IBs to expand the company's global partner network.
• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and increasing trading volumes.
• Conduct business meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and provide ongoing support.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on Forex, CFD, and financial market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2 4 years of experience in Forex/CFD Business Development or IB Management.
• Existing network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5, and financial markets.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and professional approach.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
