Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager will drive new business growth for the company's FMCG trading operations out of the Dubai office, focusing on building relationships with distributors, importers and institutional buyers across the UAE and the wider GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for FMCG and food commodity trading across the UAE and the wider GCC market
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective B2B buyers, distributors and importers
• Approach potential clients directly and through referrals, trade groups and industry events
• Prepare and present company profiles, product offerings and commercial terms to prospective clients
• Coordinate with the CFO and management on pricing, credit terms and deal structuring
• Track market trends, competitor activity and demand patterns for palm oil, rice, sugar and related commodities
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and deal progress and report regularly to management
