We’re looking for a dynamic and compassionate Community Engagement & Business Development Manager to lead participant engagement and promote our NDIS-supported accommodation services acrossDubbo, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), and Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA).
This is more than just a role it’s a chance to be the bridge between care and independence, advocacy and action, connection and community.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with NDIS participants, families, and key decision-makers.
  • Promote Ablepoint’s accommodation services (SIL, STA, MTA) with empathy and professionalism.
  • Engage support coordinators, LACs, plan managers, and allied health professionals to drive referrals.
  • Represent Ablepoint at community events, expos, and sector networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to deliver locally targeted campaigns and content.
  • Conduct onboarding meetings with potential participants to understand their needs and match them to suitable accommodation.
  • Contribute to and respond to relevant tenders or proposals.
  • Report on market trends and provide insights into community engagement strategies.
  • Advocate for choice, inclusion, and person-centered care in everything you do.
  • Work closely with our internal team to ensure a seamless service delivery experience for participants.
