JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in both domestic and Asia markets. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and luxury event planners. You will work closely with our elite hospitality team to deliver unparalleled experiences for our clients.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in property management or business development.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and residential property management.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with a track record of high-value client acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in event management and coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Fluent in English and another language is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth of hotel’s event and social business, focusing on corporate events and private functions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, agencies and businesses to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Represent company at networking events and industry conferences to increase domestic and international market presence
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of high-profile clients ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Create and execute strategies to strengthen key client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue goals while balancing new client acquisition with the management of existing accounts
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on pipeline activity, trends, and performance.
  • Deliver tailored proposals that showcase the venue’s exclusivity and premium services.
  • Manage negotiations contracts and agreements to secure high-value bookings.
