New Business Development Sourcing new business via direct sales to employers. Developing and maintaining relationships with Product Distribution Partners. Sourcing new Product Distribution Partners aimed at driving business growth and increasing sales across business-to-business (B2B) channels. Sourcing new brokers aimed at driving business growth and increasing sales across business-to-business (B2B) channels. Developing and maintaining relationships with supporting brokers. Training of brokers on NetcarePlus products. Understand key competitors and competitive forces shaping the market and actively adapt action plans to grow and retain business share. Compile product information by working closely with the Marketing team to collate information packs for new and existing clients. Manage quotation requests as well as existing pipeline to enable the achievement of sales targets. Analyse and summarise information and trends including failed processes and provide solutions in this regard. Client Management Understand the benefits and critical differentiators of the Netcare Plus offerings compared to competitor offerings. Arrange client meetings with potential new employers or Product Distribution Partners. Receive minimum requirements from potential new and existing clients, telephonically, electronically or face to face in order to compile proposals, pricing agreements and/or presentations. Manage, grow and create relationships with Product Distribution Partners by applying product and industry knowledge to enable sales. Essential Requirements Relevant NQF level 7 qualification. RE5 qualification required. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is advantageous Work Experience 5 years sales experience in healthcare insurance products. Appropriate FAIS licensing for the sale of healthcare insurance products.
