We’re now looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive our expansion in the new homes sector, working with housebuilders and new home providers to integrate OneDome’s solutions and accelerate transactions. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales, a strong network of contacts in the new homes industry, and the ability to unlock full revenue potential from new signings, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
Own & Grow Your Pipeline – Leverage your new homes network and proactively identify, research, and approach housebuilders.
Sell, Develop & Close – Pitch OneDome’s suite of services to new homes providers, sign up new clients, and hit agreed targets.
Onboard & Ignite New Clients – Ensure smooth onboarding, helping new signings maximise their full revenue potential.
Prove Your Success – Substantiate your sales figures, pipeline success, and revenue impact.
Build & Scale – Develop strong partnerships with new home providers, ensuring long-term success and continued growth.
