The Business Development Manager (Upper North Island, New Zealand) is mainly responsible for driving Alcon revenues in Optical stores by partnering with key decision makers (Business owners, Store Managers, Eye Care Practitioners). BDM promotes Alcon portfolio from clinical and commercial perspectives and establishes strategic relationships to increase CL penetration in the practice, positioning Alcon as the global market leader. BDM also delivers commercial solutions by leveraging the tools provided by the organization.
Education: Tertiary level education preferable
Skills/Experience:
Minimum: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales with a demonstrated
drive for achieving results
HealthCare industry Sales background preferred
