Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive new business development by targeting universities and key institutional partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to decision-makers.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics to leadership.
  • Stay current with industry trends and evolving technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling products and solutions to universities or educational institutions.
  • Strong ability to close deals and exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
