Responsibilities:
· Strategic Partnership Development: Proactively identify, evaluate, and secure new strategic partnership opportunities that align with growth objectives and market expansion plans
· Relationship Cultivation & Growth: Develop and nurture robust relationships with prospective business partners and key clients, turning leads into sustainable revenue streams
· Existing Business Enhancement: Effectively manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
· Critical Planning & Execution: Apply critical thinking to develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies, ensuring successful project delivery and measurable outcomes
· Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts within the UAE to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications, Skills and Expertise
· Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
· UAE Market Expertise: Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive business development or sales experience, specifically within the UAE market, demonstrating a deep understanding of local business dynamics and cultural nuances .
· Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving business growth, achieving ambitious sales targets, and closing complex deals.
· Exceptional Communication: Superior written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
