The Apple Wallet and Payments Services team is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage partnerships with Nordic markets issuers and other partners within Wallet services. In this role you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing partners as well as helping to drive the adoption of new features and services in collaboration with them. You will work cross functionally with Technical, Product, Operations, Legal and Marketing teams, both within Apple and the ecosystem of partners including Issuers, their Processors and Payment Schemes. You will be responsible for all aspects of the partner relationship, ranging from day to day management through to new opportunity identification, negotiations, launch execution and process improvement. You will guide complex cross-functional projects and develop the partnerships by combining excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong commercial skills, and an ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts. A successful candidate will be someone who has a passion for payments, digital services and the innovation disrupting the Financial Services sector. You will be a naturally curious person who challenges the standard ways of working and is comfortable being able to balance the needs of various internal teams with a strong sense of empathy for partners. You will be a self-motivated, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of integrity and sense of urgency to “make things happen”.
