With a proud heritage and a forward-thinking approach, we’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our client base, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue across key markets.
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing leads, and turning prospects into long-term partners. This is a pivotal role with real influence and strong career progression potential
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break (unpaid).
Salary: Starting from £30,000 (dependent on experience and on target bonus)
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the commercial vehicle sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and areas for growth.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and quotes to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
