Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or business development, be proficient in English and either Hindi or Urdu, and possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements for the Role

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Proficient in English and either Hindi or Urdu.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
