We’re seeking a passionate, results-driven individual who is keen to be the pivotal relationship manager across our products and services for our Dealer network in NSW. As part of our Sales & Marketing team, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and manage the implementation, training and budgeted growth of our Mercedes-Benz Financial and Insurance products.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain strong, invested relationships with our dealer network and industry partners to achieve sales targets;
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting our finance and insurance products and services;
  • Promote and support our marketing initiatives including implementing national strategies;
  • Drive synergy across our dealer network, the overall performance, value and service and support in resolving problems as required;
  • Identify, target and pitch future acquisition opportunity across our products and services, and anticipate future challenges;
  • Monitor monthly dealer performance, analyse market trends and execute reporting;
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless processes and collaboration;
  • Represent the Company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities;

Qualifikationen

The skills we’re looking for:

  • Interest in our prestigious global brand, financial products and knowledge of the automotive industry ;
  • 5-10 years’ proven performance in a sales role to specific targets and KPI’s;
  • Exceptional sales and relationship management skills;
  • Proven communication skills including sound negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to deliver effective presentations to stakeholders;
  • Sound organizational and time management skills to optimize opportunities and effectiveness - as an individual and that of your stakeholders’;
  • Sound skills and aptitude in technology, including Microsoft office, and Point of Sale and dealer network systems;
  • Aptitude and desire to continue personal and professional learning;
  • Ability to travel between dealerships, metro retailers as required.
