Communication Internal Communication: • Operations Manager • Production Manager • Project Manager Marine Purpose: • To provide continuous update on project status (Actuals vs Budgeted) • To ensure and monitor that the shipyard strategies are being implemented effectively and accurately External Communication: • Shipyard regulatory bodies • Owner representatives Purpose: • To ensure compliance with Shipyard’s rules and regulations • To maintain good working relationships with owners’ representatives and respond to their requirements ina professional & timely manner Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses. Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager is responsible for providing continuous updates on project status and ensuring the effective implementation of shipyard strategies. They also maintain compliance with regulations and foster good relationships with owners' representatives.
