Your Responsibilities

• Generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and personal prospecting.
• Identify and qualify potential buyers, investors, landlords, and sellers.
• Understand client objectives and recommend suitable property opportunities.
• Conduct professional property presentations and viewings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up consistently and professionally with qualified prospects.
• Negotiate effectively and manage clients throughout the transaction process.
• Stay informed about Dubai communities, property prices, payment plans, developers, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
