Consumer Lending Relationship Management Why Join As a Consumer Lending Relationship Manager at OCBC, you'll have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with our customers and help them achieve their financial goals. You'll work closely with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their aspirations. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to take a customer-centric approach, understanding their needs and desires, and matching them with our products and services. You'll need to be proactive in identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and work closely with our sales teams to drive revenue growth. Building strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders is key to success in this role. What you do - Manage a portfolio of consumer lending customers, building and maintaining relationships to drive revenue growth - Conduct regular reviews with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services - Work closely with our sales teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets - Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Who you are - A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or finance - At least 3 years of experience in consumer lending or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders - Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
