ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Business Development Manager at Group-IB, you will be a key member of our META Sales Team, focused on driving strategic growth and expanding our footprint across Kuwait &Oman. You will be generating high-value business opportunities, build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and promote our advanced cybersecurity solutions across government, enterprise, and critical infrastructure sectors.This role is ideal for a motivated, self-starting sales professional who is passionate about cybersecurity and eager to make a tangible impact in one of the world’s most dynamic markets. YOUR MISSION * Lead sales growth Kuwait &Oman countries, targeting enterprise and strategic accounts while expanding existing customer relationships. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key financial services, government stakeholders in Oman, as well as senior decision-makers across diversified industries in Kuwait. * Engage in consultative discussions to position solutions that support national digital transformation initiatives in Oman and sector-specific strategies in Kuwait. * Drive opportunity identification by understanding customer cybersecurity maturity, regulatory requirements, and business priorities. * Build and strengthen an established channel and alliance ecosystem, working closely with system integrators and technology partners. * Execute proactive sales outreach, networking, and partner-driven initiatives to generate and qualify pipeline opportunities. * Work cross-functionally with sales engineering, marketing, and partner teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution. * Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM reporting aligned with regional business objectives. * Position Group-IB as a leading cybersecurity authority in the market through thought leadership and consultative customer engagement. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: * Proven success in enterprise or strategic accounts sales within Oman & Kuwait markets, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise technology. * Strong understanding of local market conditions, compliance frameworks, and enterprise buying processes. * Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, and alliance-driven sales models. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers. * Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, technology, or systems integration. * High level of interest in cybersecurity innovation and evolving threat landscapes. * Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
