Description
Demonstrated experience in business development, account management, or sales, ideally within disability services, NDIS, health, transport, or related sectors.
Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder engagement, and client management, with the ability to work effectively with NDIS participants, support coordinators, and organisational partners.
Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills, including experience preparing proposals, managing pipelines, and meeting growth and revenue targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain services clearly, adapt messaging to different audiences, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Understanding of the NDIS framework, person-centered approaches, and accessibility considerations, or a strong willingness to learn and engage with these areas.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, work autonomously on-site, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email, and online meeting tools) to manage leads, contacts, and reporting.
