Description

Your tasks

  • You keep track of the workload of our consultants and developers and know at all times who will be available and when.
  • You review incoming project requests, assess suitability and attractiveness, and suggest the right profiles.
  • You work with our Matchmaker, a self-developed AI solution that automatically searches project portals – and you ensure that matches turn into real opportunities.
  • You refine profiles for each specific job posting: You work out what matters for this one request and coordinate closely with your colleagues.
  • You manage the process from inquiry to completion: follow-up questions, interview dates, terms and conditions, contract documents, and follow-up.
  • You systematically expand relationships with our project brokers and partner consulting firms, ensuring that we are the first point of contact when a need arises.
  • You negotiate terms and daily rates, confidently representing the value of our services.
  • You analyze which channels, partners and portals actually deliver – and where we are wasting time.
  • You are present: by phone, video, and occasionally in person with partners, customers, and at trade fairs. Travel is limited and predictable.
  • You will support the management team in contacting direct customers: research, initial contact, preparation of offers and appointments.
  • You build pipeline reporting and key performance indicators so that decisions are based on facts and not on memory.
  • You consistently use AI tools to make profiles, offers and research faster and better – and develop your own ideas for doing so.

This is what you bring with you

  • A very good degree, preferably from a university – for example, in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
  • Enjoyment of interacting with people and no fear of the telephone. A large part of this role involves calling people who don't yet know you.
  • Negotiation skills and a healthy self-confidence: You stand by your prices without apologizing.
  • Analytical thinking and structure. You keep track of many parallel processes and leave no request unanswered.
  • Fluent German and good English.
  • Resilience and stamina are essential. A "no" is commonplace in this business; it's no reason to get upset.
  • SAP knowledge is explicitly not a requirement. However, a willingness to familiarize yourself with our topics until you can communicate with customers on equal terms is essential.
