Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You’ll take ownership of developing revenue opportunities from our existing client base and proactively converting prospects into profitable, long-term accounts. With the support of a committed internal team and access to thousands of contacts and products, you’ll have the tools, platform, and autonomy to succeed — now it’s about bringing the right mindset.

AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AT PAL HIRE, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Take full ownership of growing and retaining a portfolio of high-potential customer accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities through targeted outreach, tapping into our database of 40,000+ commercial contacts.
  • Lead client conversations with energy and curiosity to uncover challenges, timelines, and buying criteria.
  • Create and deliver compelling proposals that position PAL Hire as the most reliable and flexible hire partner.
  • Build trusted relationships with procurement leads, site managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Uncover additional revenue streams through consultative cross-selling and upselling strategies.
  • Maintain a robust and well-managed CRM pipeline to ensure follow-ups, activity tracking, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and operations to ensure delivery excellence and long-term client satisfaction.
