THE ROLE

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to identify, approach and secure new business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business opportunities with landowners, managing agents and businesses that need parking management services
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Negotiate and close new contracts that deliver revenue growth
• Report on progress and performance directly to the Director
