The role provides expert consultative advice, tailors strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives and ensures advanced business funnel strategies are implemented. The role cultivates the sales funnel to convert leads into loyal clients, emphasizing collaborative synergy with expert partners to enhance service offerings. Your role: Drive the integration of customer intelligence, actively engages with clients, strategically designs sales solutions and local marketing efforts, and cultivates the sales funnel to convert leads into loyal clients. Establish and oversee relationships with all contributing experts to enhance and diversify service offerings, ensuring collaborative synergy and leveraging expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions. Prepare compelling proposals for management to secure financial backing for pursuing new opportunities, and effectively oversees the implementation and support of approved business plans to ensure successful realization. Transform proposal development by implementing standardized deal-board processes and integrating commercial innovation and co-creation methods. Enhance solution engineering by professionalizing work methods and fostering collaborative approaches, ensuring proposals meet evolving client needs effectively. Provide expert consultative advice within specific domains, utilizing autonomous judgment and specialized knowledge to tailor strategic recommendations aligned with client or organizational objectives. Ensure the implementation of advanced business funnel strategies, seamlessly integrates IT solutions to optimize sales processes, and continuously tracking performance metrics for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness. Review market trend analysis, emphasizes customer requirements and solutions tailored for pre-sales presentations, leveraging data-driven insights to align products with market demands and enhance competitive positioning. Translate the analysis of comprehensive sales performance metrics into actionable insights and presents recommendations to management and stakeholders to drive decision-making and continuous improvement processes. Ensure adherence to established methodologies and best practices within its designated scope of responsibility, fostering a standardized approach for optimal operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards. You're the right fit if you have: Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Economics or equivalent. Experience as a Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Product Manager of the business category 5+ years in healthcare industry. Solid understanding of healthcare processes, workflows, and clinical/technical environments. Executive-level communication skills; able to engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders.
