As a Business Development Manager, you will spearhead our growth initiatives, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence in the Seattle Metro area. Your expertise will drive our sales strategy, foster client relationships, and contribute to our company’s success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the landscaping or tree care industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in business development within the landscape or related industry.
Strong understanding of the landscaping market in the Pacific Northwest.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
