We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead business growth in Houston and across the US market.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in both Business Immigration and Real Estate services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in consultative sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably within professional services, immigration, real estate, or investment sectors.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition, ideally in immigration, real estate, investment advisory, or professional services.
  • Strong network in Houston/USA market with the ability to engage and influence high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally as required.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across the US, with a focus on Houston and neighboring regions.
  • Drive client acquisition for Business Immigration programs and Real Estate investment opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with HNI (High Net-Worth Individuals), investors, business owners, and corporate clients.
  • Represent the company at business events, networking sessions, industry seminars, and expos.
  • Collaborate with the internal operations, legal, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on US market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in immigration and real estate.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions through CRM tools.
