The networks we create help shoppers make smarter decisions about the products they want to buy. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Tel Aviv. Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with global partners in the gaming and digital commerce industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term growth. Negotiate commercial agreements, leveraging data and market insights. Plan, implement, and monitor strategies to achieve revenue and performance KPIs. Generate and manage a robust business pipeline, including prospecting and deal-closing. Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, product, sales) to support strategic initiatives. Provide market insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making. Requirements 1+ years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or affiliate management in online marketing, gaming, or digital commerce – MUST. Strong operational management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and priorities. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making. Fluent English – MUST. Experience working with senior executives and C-level stakeholders – advantage. Advantages None
