Job Description Your Influential Mission: You Will… Identify and evaluate third‑party IP suitable for licensing and integration into Playtech’s products and services. Develop and execute strategies to effectively acquire and license external IP assets. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with IP owners, technology providers, studios, and industry partners. Negotiate licensing agreements, commercial terms, and contract structures to secure favourable rights for Playtech. Conduct due diligence on potential IP assets, assessing value, scope, risks, and licensing feasibility. Collaborate closely with legal, finance, management, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance. Manage ongoing licensing relationships, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. Stay informed on industry trends, evolving IP laws, competitive landscapes, and best practices to maximise future opportunities. Qualifications Components for Success: You… Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Bring proven experience in licensing third‑party IP, technology transfer, or business development, ideally within the gaming or technology sector. Have a strong understanding of IP rights, licensing frameworks, and negotiation principles. Communicate with confidence and clarity, building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Possess excellent negotiation, relationship‑management, and stakeholder‑influencing skills. Think strategically and commercially, quickly identifying promising external IP opportunities. Are self‑driven, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams. A track record of scaling licensing portfolios or opening new partnership channels. Existing networks within gaming, entertainment, media, or technology ecosystems.
